Hi Cynthia. I’ve reviewed it before and checked it just now. There is nothing out of the ordinary for a downloadable software – what is there is generic legalese that CYA’s the company. Plus, the owner, Dave Chesson is a big person in the industry of writing and self publishing (unlike Wesley of KD Spy) and has always operated with authors in mind. So, there should be no alarm at all and they definitely DON’T sell information or do anything of the sort.

Publisher Rocket spys on users AND sells their data. Look at what users agree to let them do (get an attorney to explain it to you if you can’t understand it); just the length of it should cause alarm.
